New Delhi, Oct 4th 2024: Shri Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR), NTPC congratulated Team NTPC for their recent successes in the PRSI National Quiz and the National Management Quiz. Director (HR) emphasized that this learning culture ensures that NTPC stays ahead in industry, allowing the company to adapt and succeed in a constantly changing environment.
On October 1, 2024, NTPC demonstrated its intellectual prowess at the esteemed National Management Quiz organized by the All-India Management Association (AIMA) in Delhi. The competition comprised four challenging rounds, with NTPC's team of Shri K M Prashanth (GM-Corp Communication) and Shri Anshuman Srivastava (DGM-Corp. Planning) emerging victorious in the Northern Region Finals, competing against prominent teams from SAIL, RBI, IOCL, EIL, and Maruti Suzuki.
Following their success in the regional rounds, the NTPC team advanced to the National Finals after a strong performance in the semifinals. In a highly competitive final, the team faced off against leading competitors, including IOCL, SAIL, RBI, and Godrej & Boyce, ultimately securing an impressive 3rd place. This achievement highlights NTPC’s commitment to excellence and showcases the team’s exceptional knowledge and strategic skills.
With over 150 teams from various organizations across the country participating, Team NTPC once again made a significant mark, highlighting the strong culture and capabilities of the organization.
In addition, on September 28, 2024, NTPC excelled at the PRSI National Quiz held at Film City, NOIDA. This event featured two challenging rounds, culminating in a final contest among six top teams, including Barclays, Ernst & Young, Grid India, Unstop, and IOCL. Once again, Shri K M Prashanth, GM (CC) and Shri Anshuman Srivastava, DGM (CP) represented NTPC, exhibiting exceptional knowledge across various topics such as public relations, media strategies and corporate history. Their stellar performance culminated in a well-deserved victory, reinforcing NTPC's leadership in the industry and its commitment to fostering a strong culture of learning.
