Shri Anil Kumar Jadli (DIN:10630150) has taken charge as Director (HR), NTPC on 23rd August 2024. He started his career in NTPC way back in 1993 as an Executive Trainee. His ascent from his humble beginning as an Executive Trainee to the top echelon of HR function in NTPC signifies his passion, commitment and hard work. He is a post graduate in Organic Chemistry from Garwal University and did his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Human Resource Management from MDI, Gurgaon.
NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy Limited, has signed Term Sheet with Greenko ZeroC Pvt Ltd (A Greenko Group Company) on 28th March, 2023 to Supply 1300 MW Round the Clock RE Power for powering Greenko’s upcoming Green Ammonia Plant at Kakinada, India.
NTPC commissions India’s largest floating solar PV project of 100 MW at Ramagundam, Peddapalli District, Telangana. The project is spread over 600 acres of reservoir. This would help avoid 4.36 million Ton CO2e during the life of the project.

श्री रवीन्द्र कुमार ने 1988 में बीआईटी सिंदरी से मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में बी.एससी. (इंजीनियरिंग) पाठ्यक्रम को पूरा किया। एनटीपीसी लिमिटेड में निदेशक (प्रचालन) के रूप में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने से पहले, वह एनटीपीसी लिमिटेड के निदेशक (प्रचालन) के ओएसडी (विशेष कार्याधिकारी) के रूप में कार्यरत थे।
एनटीपीसी ऊर्जा (आरई) स्रोतों की महत्वपूर्ण क्षमताओं को जोड़कर अपने ऊर्जा पोर्टफोलियो को हरित बनाने के लिए विभिन्न कदम उठा रहा है। वर्ष 2032 तक, कंपनी की योजना आरई स्रोतों के माध्यम से 60 जीडबल्यू क्षमता हासिल करने की है, जो उसकी कुल विद्युत उत्पादन क्षमता का लगभग 45% है।

एनटीपीसी के पास अपनी क्षमता वृद्धि के तहत 411 मेगावाट आरई परियोजनाओं की चालू की गई क्षमता है।
एनटीपीसी ने दीर्घकालिक धारणीयता के लिए एक संतुलित पोर्टफोलियो हेतु जल विद्युत विकास पर बल दिए जाने को बढ़ाया है। इस दिशा में पहला कदम हिमाचल प्रदेश के बिलासपुर जिले में सतलुज नदी पर स्थित कोलडैम जल विद्युत विद्युत परियोजना में निवेश शुरू करके उठाया गया था। अन्य जलविद्युत परियोजना निर्माणाधीन हैं - तपोवन विष्णुगढ़, लता तपोवन , रम्माम ।।।, टीएचडीसी-विष्णुगढ़ पीपलकोटी , टीएचडीसी-टिहरी पीएसपी और नीपको- कामेंग ।
